Buyer
The individual or legal entity who provides their name, address, phone and email details when placing an order (the "Buyer"). The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Subject of the agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, email, phone or other means of distance communication, whose characteristics and sale price are stated in the order confirmation.
Product, price and payment
The product type, product code, color, quantity, sale price including VAT, payment method and delivery details are stated in the order confirmation and on the invoice. The prices in the order confirmation are those valid when the agreement is made.
Shipping or freight charges are stated separately in the order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are paid by the Buyer.
Delivery
- The product is delivered to the address given by the Buyer when ordering, within the period stated in the order confirmation. By law, this period cannot exceed 30 days.
- Delivery is made by a contracted courier or freight company, or by the Seller's own vehicles.
- The Buyer should check the packaging on delivery and should not accept damaged packaging, or should have a damage report drawn up.
- The details of the delivery process are explained on the Delivery Process page.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is enough to notify the Seller within this period at info@pnraqua.com or in writing. The Buyer returns the product to the Seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. The Seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The product must be returned unused, with its packaging unopened or in resaleable condition, together with all accessories and documents.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products prepared to special dimensions, colors or designs in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs,
- Products that have been installed, tiled or combined with other products after delivery,
- Products whose packaging has been opened and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.
Since built-in products cannot be removed from the wall after installation, we recommend checking the product for dimensions, color and damage before starting installation.
Warranty and defective products
Within the statutory warranty period under Law No. 6502, the products are the Seller's responsibility against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by incorrect installation, use other than intended, cleaning with aggressive chemicals or impact is not covered by the warranty.
If a defective product is delivered, the Buyer may choose to withdraw from the agreement, ask for a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a defect-free product.
Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place are competent; above these limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.
Entry into force
By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
