Data controller

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by our company, whose details are given below, as the data controller.

Personal data we process

When you visit our website, fill in the contact form, contact us by phone or email, or purchase a product, the following data may be processed:

• Identity: first name, last name
• Contact details: phone number, email address, delivery and billing address
• Customer transaction data: the content of enquiries and orders, company details, correspondence
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, site usage logs
• Financial data: invoice and payment details (for sales only)

Purposes of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in line with the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Responding to your quotation, information and dealership requests
• Handling orders, sales, delivery and after-sales support
• Invoicing and meeting our legal obligations
• Keeping the website secure and improving our service
• Sending product and campaign information where you have given explicit consent

Legal grounds and collection method

Your data is collected electronically or physically through the forms on our website, email, phone and face-to-face meetings. Processing is based on the legal grounds of entering into or performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.

Transfer of data

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to shipping and logistics companies, accounting and financial advisory service providers, IT and hosting providers, and public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Your data is not transferred abroad unless the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK are met.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses only a session cookie so that the contact form works securely; this cookie is deleted when you close your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Google Maps on the contact page loads only when you press the "Show map" button and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation. When these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as the data subject you have the right to apply to our company to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or inaccurate, and for it to be deleted or destroyed under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Ask for these actions to be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• Object to any outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

How to apply

You can send requests about your rights, together with documents proving your identity, by email to info@pnraqua.com or in writing to Mansurdede Mh. 72. Sk. No:9, Merkez / Karaman. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
